I am a teacher and writer by trade, but I fill my life with music, art, and the natural world. I teach in the Arts and Humanities Departments of several colleges in Maine, balancing my life by teaching yoga and leading meditation groups for teens and people living with cancer. I run a small not-for-profit organization: fiveseeds.org, through which I published my first book, A Settled Mind.
